Portland Harbour – Near miss for Kite Surfer

OMG – Just seen this amazing photo of the near miss a Kite Surfer had in Portland Harbour yesterday!!

We are trying to get some more details, surprised a shark came in to the inner harbour, it’s pretty shallow there too..
