Materials & Care

After every dive

  • Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. This helps remove salt and contaminants that can damage components over time.
  • Pay particular attention to the valves and zip. We recommend regular freshwater rinsing for valves to keep them working reliably.
  • Check the suit for damage. Look for cuts, punctures, seam damage and signs of wear around high-stress areas.
  • Allow the suit to dry properly before storing it away.

Oil, diesel and contaminated water can significantly reduce a drysuit’s lifespan.
